Praise for Ruger customer service

I damaged a small part on the trigger assembly of my Ruger Precision Rifle. I called Ruger for a replacement part fully expecting to pay for it since I admitted I damaged it. The very polite lady at customer took the information and said (to my surprise) it would be sent to me free of charge. I had the part three days later. This customer service could not be improved on. Customer service like this is rare. Thank you Ruger.
 
Sent a Ruger Elite lower to them a month or so back, it had several issues straight out of the box, the lower wasn't functional. Had the LGS send it in and I received back in 7 days. Fixed all the issues and it's been perfect since. Can't complain about Ruger.
 
Ruger sent me a taller front sight for my SP101 because it was shooting high with Rugers suggested load ( 125 grain ). NO CHARGE hdbiker
