Before he fires this upper again, the headspace needs to be checked properly. To do otherwise with the data presented would be unsafe.

That would explain the primer and the fail to feed might be because the chamber is tighter.

Without detail as to how the feed failures occured, this cannot be concluded. If it was a failure to go in to full battery, I would agree.
