I've got the Form 1 filled out, my CLEO sign off, pics attached and my money order. All I need is to have the 922 form filled out and I'm ready to mail this sucker off.

So, who can certify that I am actually a citizen of the U.S.? Anyone willing to sign their name to the certificate or do I need it notarized or some official type person to do it? I don't see any place on the form for some official stamp, but I don't want to be delayed because I didn't get the right person to sign it.

Ok, looking around, people have signed this themselves, stating that they are in fact a citizen of the U.S.

Does this sound completely ridiculous? It doesn't have to be notarized, and I can sign it myself. Good grief.

You are making this way to hard. Fill out blanks 1-3 sign and date in section 7. All there is to it unless you are not a US citizen.
