Question on Millet Handgun scope

What can you guys tell me about this Millet handgun scope:

I would be mounting it on a S&W 686. I have an older Aimpoint on it now, but its a big 10MOA dot better suited for action shooting. I'd like an inexpensive scope to put on it for more precise shooting at 25 and possibly 50 yards.

Also, can you recommend any other scopes in and around this price range?

I have a 1X Millet red dot on a S&W 22 target pistol and I love it.
It is still working after 5 years and I just finally had to change the
batteries. They are very well made. They are all machined even
the adjustment caps, no plastic.
I have never used a Millet with magnification so I cant speek to
the clearness but they seem to make a really high quality product
when compared to some of the other red-dots I have seen.
