Recommendation for small 9mm CCW

As far as "What CC 9mm?" questions go ... the PPS is an excellent answer, I pack one myself, and would recommend that anyone looking for a compact 9mm try one out.

But what happened to rental ranges? There are TWO THREADS RIGHT NOW on this exact question, and countless ones archived ... go try a few and see what you like, OP ... if you were a friend of mine, I'd happily open up my safe and supply a few boxes of ammo for you to experiment with, because NOTHING matters more than fit in YOUR hand.
If a pistol is ergonomically correct, it can be made reliable with basic maintenance and careful ammo selection. If a pistol fits your hand, you will actually find a way to carry it, because you will feel confident in it. If a pistol is comfortable for you, recoil will be manageable without some silly bulk-adding grip sleeve.
What fits my hand won't help you.
What fits anyone's hand but yours (and a potential identical twin's, I suppose) is irrelevant.
What fits your hand might surprise you, and your local friend with a bunch of guns (or your local rental range) has the answer.

I would first say the keltecs and khars are great, I would never carry in a ankle rig(except MAYBE for a 2nd or 3rd gun) I would go with what your comfortable w/ I carry a wide array or single and double stacks in an iwb just over my right back pocket every day in south fl with shorts and a t-shirt ( I don't wear those "cool looking" xxxxL ts either) so I think u may want 2 reconsider the xd again. And not to open up a can of worms here but my favorite gun 2 carry this way is my cobra patriot .45 a lot of people don't like the cobras but w/ remington gold sabers 230 gr I never have feeding problems
