NO....but get a 'raised' p-rail from Ken Ferrall and have your friendly local smith mill a square slot or U-groove down the center of the rail, I bet you could get this done pretty much anywhere where a descent milling machine exists!
Remember to have the screw holes counter sunk again, because you'll loose most of the original countersink when the slot is milled.
Its been done with a "V" groove also, kinda adds some originality to the look of your creation, BUT you'll have to do this 'after' the rail is mounted on the rifle, as the heads of the screws end up with a v milled into them.
Pull all this down and re-blue, even cold blue will do as it is in a 'low wear' area.
