First off I live in Oregon. I do not have a conceal carry permit but I do keep a rifle in my truck. I have a late model extra cab pickup and the rifle stays under the back seat. When the rear door is open the rifle is visible.Otherwise it is obscured by the interior of the truck. Is this considered concealed in the great Beaver State?
