Hey All,
Just a few (poor) pics of my SBH hammer installed on my Vaquero Sheriff 44 special
Dropped right in (re-assembly was another story), and functions great.
Love the wider and lower hammer profile!

That right there would be the ultimate concealed carry for me.
I grew up on SA, never shot DA or slide action till i was in my 30's.

I'm with you on the concealed carry thing with single actions!
carried this 45 ACP birdshead for a short time:

and I do carry the Sheriff 44 Spec on occasion:

Mostly I carry double action revolvers, because I believe that in a grappling situation, I would not be able to cock the single action. But, a good single action revolver in a serious caliber is not out of the question.
