Those haven't been made in quite a few years. I would imagine it would be Silvertip like the original .32 was designed for. I don't think I've ever seen a .25 Silvertip but I've never actually looked for them. Seecamp no longer recommends Silvertips for the .32 due to a slight change in the cartridge that has caused some problems. It's been 10+ years since a .25 Seecamp has been made. You can call and ask them. Heard they actually have answered the phone in recent years vs. a recording like you used to get before they had competitors like Kel-Tec and NAA.
I have a Seecamp .25 that I bought about twenty years ago. If I recall correctly, there never was a .25 Silvertip. I have always used the 'expanding ball' .25 ammunition. This is a small hollowpoint that had a BB inserted into the hollowpoint cavity, so it had the profile of a FMJ for feeding purposes. The BB was supposed to help expansion upon impact. I cannot recall who made the ammunition, but I think I may still see it for time to time on dealer shelves or at the gunshows.
I belive any 25 will work fine in the seecamp. The silvertip in the 32 was I belive because of the short oal of round. The mag could be smaller and no rim lock problem. This is a problem with 32's that shoot ball ammo when you try to shoot the shorter HP. The rounds can move slightly and rim lock.Check the oal of the different 32 rounds out there and you will understand why Seecamp chose to use one brand.
