Just wondering though are custom made guns worth the money?

That depends. To some, yes. To others, no.

It all depends on whether or not you can appreciate it.

Some folks appreciate flying first class. Or driving a luxury performance vehicle. Or a $100 steak dinner.

Others don't care about enjoying the journey, they just want to get to their destination. And Cracker Barrel is a filling meal, so why spend so much at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse when they both make the same color turds?

When you start talking about complete custom builds, you must ask yourself if your "palate" can appreciate the difference in taste. Sometimes the differences are so subtle that you wouldn't notice the attention to detail unless it were pointed out to you. Some are quite apparent.

A bottle of expensive wine or well-aged scotch is a prime example. If all you want is something to get a buzz from, why spend $100.00 on a bottle of premium spirits? But after time your palate begins to appreciate the differences in brands and age. After a while, as your palate learns what it likes and what it doesn't, substitutes or cheap labels will just no longer do.

Unless all you want to do is get drunk, of course. And in that case buy a Glock and be happy.

If you think that you're at the point where you can appreciate it, you will. If not, you likely won't.

Hope that helps.
