My partner found herself a P225, factory refurbed.
She calls it "the gun that men are afraid to love out loud" because it's neither the big manly double-stack or a little pocket auto.
It's the older discontinued single-stack 9mm that's like a miniaturized P220. Man, I LOVE THAT THING (out loud), and I don't even like 9mm. If you don't have monstrous hands, yet don't want a tiny gun, try the P225 or P6. Don't force yourself into a humongous pistol if you can't really fit it in your hands. I'm sorry they discontinued that model. It's a great scaled-down Big Gun for the non-gorilla-grip set.
If there were a .22 conversion upper for it I'd love it even louder.
