I've got a Tikka T3 in .30-'06 and I was stunned at the accuracy - in a good way. I found that it likes the bullets seated .030" off the lands, and when I do my part, it certainly does its part. Even as the barrel warms, it's easy to stay under an inch at 100 yards.
The only thing about a factory Tikka in a heavy caliber... it's a very, very light rifle and it does a number on your shoulder.
