I am not sure if I have already read this before.
Maybe I don't see the bigger picture but suppose "universal background checks" like feces, do happen.
With 80 million gun owners and 300 million firearms in this country (numbers I see thrown around every day) suppose the gun owners in this country just started selling and trading guns among ourselves at one a day, several a week? Maybe the selling and buying price is 1 cent, or one dollar. Sell it then buy it back, repeat. Form gun buying clubs?
Would such a system be overwhelmed? Crippled?
