If you all remember I made the switch from Goex to Swiss powder about a
month ago. Well it has been such bad weather here, haven't had the time to
really test it out. Yesterday it got up to 91 degrees here in Kansas City. Wow
Today 45. Yeaterday Sunday we went down to the range and shot, and shot.
The Swiss is very clean. Shoots kind of dry. Very easy clean up. Just wipe with a water wet patch and dry then WD-40. Very easy. Wife was trying
different powder charges in her 32 cal pistol. Was using 17.5 grs of Goex.
Won serveral National Championships with this load. Setteled on 16 gs of Swiss today. Does shoot more accurate. It was very windy 25-35 mph comming out of the SW. She stopped on 7 shots because she said she had
found out all she needed to know. She tried 16 grs and 17 grs. The 16 shot
a tighter group. Barrel has a fast 1-14 twist. Even had a witness, good old
Dan, Giffords. Mebby he will chime in here. Well here is the 25 yd. 7 shot
target in the wind. We really like the Swiss powder. Since I am the one who
gets to clean the guns, I really like it.

Yep, I was there, several club members were. I knew it was windy, found out later we had over 40 mph gusts with one hitting 47 mph southwest of the range. Yep, Paulette sure can shoot. Actually Phil shoots good too. My goal is to get all the shots in the black, right now, I'm happy when all the shots hit a scoring ring.
