What is the smallest .38 revolver ?

Who made the smallest .38 revolver new or old anyone know of one ?

Physically smallest, I dunno. Lightest? That's easy. The 342 by S&W was a 5-shot j-frame (still is, though they discontinued production this year) at an outta the box weight of 10.5 ounces, IIRC. They're still making the 357 version (the 340) at 12.5 ozs. Great pocket gun.

My vote goes to the Belgian folding trigger Velo-Dog revolvers in 38 S&W.

I think the Charter Arms Off Duty 38SPL is smaller than a S&W J-frame but it is heavier than the lightest J-frames.

You can get too small. I've got a Taurus 85 that is almost too small, and I don't have huge hamhock hands.

I would like a snubby without the hammer spur, though.

My vote goes for the Charter Arms Undercover. That thing is pretty darn small, all right.

My S& W Airweight weighs 15oz. It's pretty small.
