Ruger GP-100

I've owned a fair number of handguns, including two 1911's, a 625 & three K-frame Smiths, and a couple of Ruger Speed-Sixes.

Along with the S&W Centennial (now banned in Australia), the GP-100 impresses me as a very robust and well designed handgun.

My new CZ 85 Compact

I just can't say enough good things about this gun I've smoothed up the trigger in both DA and SA so the only possible complaint would be the weight, which I don't mind and really helps on the follow up shots. This would make an awesome IDPA gun. I guess I might have to get into IDPA once my leather arrives
