went to pawn/gun shops today and these prices are too cheap to pass up.:)

the 19 would round out my 9mm collection. already got a 26 & 17, and a buttload of hi-caps

the 21 is tempting, cuz i only have the 2 9mms now.
yet i kinda want a g20 more. however 45 is cheaper than 10, ammo wise, of course. if i was to get into reloading i'd have to get a bbl to shoot lead.
but this is gun show pricing, yet i can do a layaway.

the 33 is tempting, yet as my chl is under suspension, another carry piece is not a factor

a nhm91 to make into an rpd/k copy is tempting, it would be great to slap some nice wood on that baby.
yet im not crazy bout the aks accuracy, and if this is the same as my bulgie i prolly wont shoot it.
otoh, ive been gettin my toys noahs ark style:
2 glocks, 2 ar's, 2 870's..
2 aks would seem logical

or something else?
only want glock in a handgun for right now
dont really want a cowboy gun

got bout $500 to blow

what you gentlemen think i oughta do?
thanks

Erm, 19? The amount of info in your post is overwhelming. ;)

Heh, nevermind. Didn't see the poll. I'm curious to why you narrowed it down to those 3, though...a compact 9mm, a full size .45, and a subcompact .357?

oh crap i thought the 33 was a 45.
sorry, dont want a 357.
thats the 3 i saw in my hood today
i know those prices are great, and i can do layaway.

I haven't bought a Glock in a while, so maybe I missed it. But I didn't know that the factory was offering 2-tones. For $500, this really needs to be a NIB. Around here, all but the 20,21,29,&30 and the longer barrel guns are $490 (about $515 after taxes). The larger framed Glocks are $510. So the prices you quote ain't really that great.

I find the 19 to be the most versatile of the Glocks. It's small enough to be readily concealable in just about any weather, but big enough to be a pleasure for extended range firing.

Why no loaded chamber indicator on the G21? To my knowledge, the newest models have the loaded chamber indicator.

You cant go wrong with any glock I agree about the prices to be a bit higher but here in colorado they are getting pretty expensive too :D

What about a 34? The long slide makes it not much larger than a 1911 but gives you more accuracy and lowers recoil

LeonCarr is definatly right. The new G21 have a loaded chamber indicator and he works fine for me. Also in the dark.

And shooting the 21 is pure fun. Even my girlfriend prefers the 21 over any 9mm.

Two Tone? If the slide is stainless, thats' a plus; I think Tenifer is about the toughest finish out there, but I pay extra for stainless. I wasn't aware the factory was doing two tones, and I think the only/best manufacturer is Caspian. May be a clue its' been worked on? Maybe thats' good: or not...stock barrel Or after? Cheers, TF

I only have one Glock, and it's the G19. I must say it's one of the most comfortable pistols to shoot, and I can still manage to conceal it in an OWB holster. I think the 9mm is where Glock really tends to shine, as their first design was, and still is chambered in 9x19.

The G19 is hard to beat and IMHO is the best, most practical choice for an all-around pistol.

But the G33 is a powerhouse. I love mine.

That pawn shop's owner must have a few bills to pay.

My G17 was $480 new

"how can i get a gunwhile chl is under suspension?"
im only lookin at misdemeanors, not felonies.

the only place ive seen these guns cheaper is gun shows, and you usually cant layaway at the gun show

thanks for the comments.

i was wonderin about the no loaded chamber ind. on the 21 myself

I would either see if they'll deal (unlikely given you will buy it on time). Or shop around. I bet sportman's warehouse or academy has equivalent prices.

Given the selection I would get the 33 just because I want a 357 SIG for making some noise at the range.

I'm not familiar with the Glock 21 but this is the loaded chamber indicator on the 17/26. Is the 21 not the same? If the pawn shop gun doesn't have one, wouldn't it be as simple as ordering one?

G19 - 2 tone -- monotone -- any tone doesn't matter. It's the best Glock in their inventory...you gotta have one! ;)
