Thanks for sharing... I hope that's not YOUR hot tub Elmer is shooting from!! Seriously funny stuff.

If you have not seen the full group of pictures that go with it- it is a hoot. That is a hot tub in a DEER STAND! The stand is maybe 1000 sq ft, leather chairs, hot tub, tv, windows on all sides to shhot... it is crazy! I will try to find a link to them.

Someone should remind "Elmer" that, as a general rule, guns and brewskis don't mix.

I saw the beer in the foreground of the pic and I asked myself how many posts until someone high roaded it and pointed the beverage out. LOL All of four posts.

did ya ever think maybe, just freakin maybe the beer belongs to the photographer? Or maybe, just maybe it is put in the pic to draw a "oh no guns and beer " comment.

besides, beer don't really count as drinking.

Now that is hunting in style. Next time it's ten degrees and the sun hasn't come up yet I'll be dreaming of that setup. Booze and guns don't mix but neither do booze and hot tub.

there may be a couple things wrong with that picture but everything esle is soo right! the only water that I have encountered deer hunting has been extremely cold and I know that I would prefer a hot tub to a 40 degree lake.

Dude!

If my wife had my scoped rifle in the hot-tub with her like yours does in that picture I'd be hacked off.

:neener:

ner and hot tubs work ok but guns as well nah.

I like a cold one in my tub and a good book.

Well the first thing I thought of was I wouldn't want to have my scoped rifle around so much moisture and humidity. My next thought was should you be wearing a camo bathing suit, just for the proper effect.

Alcohol impaires ones ability to make correct decisions and impairs their judgment. Thus the reason DUI is illegal. Same thing goes for guns and alcohol. You or others may can handle a beer or two without your judgment being seriously impaired. Most people would not be DUI at that point. The problem occurs when the alcohol is consumed in excess and the wrong decisions get made.

Well I'm going to go out on a limb here and say THAT is the stupidest remark that will make this thread.

I actually kind of thought it was funny...I was going to agree with him, until someone said it was stupid, so I decided to keep my mouth shut...Oh, wait!:p

I don't really see a problem with, especially in that situation,(pimp deer stand) someone having a beer or two...It's when you get into the teens and twenty's when the problems would arise.:)

I don't drink and shoot, I do however, drink sometimes and shoot sometimes and I don't see how having a beer or two would pose any problems.

Here, for those of you who seem to really be bothered by a beer in the neighborhood of a firearm.

No More Beer!

Lighten up it's a fun picture beer or not.

Funny pic, but I don't think that hot tub is at that deer stand. There is no room for it on the porch, and the wood doesn't seem to match anyway. Plus, from the pics, you can see that the porch has an overhang with supports, but the hot tub is open to the air, so I think they are two different places.

thank you illEagle for using your 'innernets' magic. Now can you digi-wipe Elmer and plant me and Lucy Pinder in there?!
