You hate to stereotype Mexican nationals, but..

I don't EVER recall this sort of stuff happening here in the past. Shame she wasn't armed, too.

From the Nashua Telegraph:

------------------------------------------
NASHUA – Four men are charged with a gang rape of a city woman in her home early Saturday morning, police reported Monday.

The four men were arraigned Monday morning in Nashua District Court, where Judge Paul Lawrence set bail at $50,000 each.

- Luis Aquino-Garcia, 22, of 68 Harbor Ave., faces three misdemeanor sexual assault charges and two counts of criminal liability to aggravated felonious sexual assault.

- Omar Cecenas, 24, of 62 Palm St. is charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault and criminal liability to aggravated felonious sexual assault.

- Raul Ibarra, 26, of 55 Vine St., is charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault, criminal liability to aggravated felonious sexual assault, and four misdemeanor sexual assault charges.

- Juan Vera, 22, of 133C Chestnut St., faces four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, and two misdemeanor sexual assault charges.

Each of the four defendants admitted to sexually assaulting the woman when questioned by detectives, and each also implicated the others, according to police reports filed in Nashua District Court.

The 39-year-old woman reported a rape to police at about 2:23 a.m. Saturday, Detective Lt. Andrew Lavoie said.

“They ended up physically picking her up and carrying her into the bedroom and physically holding her down, and they take turns having sex with her,” Lavoie said. “As soon as they leave, she immediately runs downstairs and contacts her daughter, and they contact police.”
-----------------------------------

Police sought high bail for all four men, citing the serious nature of the case and the risk that the defendants might flee. None of the men has any prior criminal record in New Hampshire, but all four are Mexican nationals, and only Vera was employed, Officer William Hamilton said.

Why bother with bail???

Just release them downrange on an indoor shooting range, with the woman's family all lined up, locked and loaded at the gates.:fire:

Uhm..guys, have we forgotten the concept of due processes of law? Even Mexican nationals who commit crimes here are entitled to their day in court.

And this kind of thing DOES happen w/o it being done by Mexican nationals....
The complaint filed by the plaintiff provides the following account of the alleged gang rape: During an official recruiting weekend, sixteen to twenty players and recruits were brought to the plaintiff's apartment by a CU female student who had been an Athletic Department tutor. This tutor had devised a plan for the players and recruits to consume alcohol and drugs and then go the plaintiff's apartment with the expectation that she and some other women there would have been drinking and would provide sexual favors. The plaintiff was not aware of this. The plaintiff had not met any of the players and recruits prior to their arrival at her apartment, except for one to whom she had been briefly introduced. At approximately midnight, the plaintiff became tired, went to bed, and fell asleep. She woke to find two recruits removing her clothes. She was then sexually assaulted, vaginally and orally, by each of these recruits while other players surrounded the bed. While she was being assaulted on her bed, another CU student was being assaulted by at least one football player on the other bed. Before the players and recruits left the apartment, they strewed food on the floor, vomited in the bathroom and elsewhere, and stole credit cards, cellphones, and cash. Shortly thereafter, the plaintiff was taken to the emergency room by her roommate. A rape kit examination was later performed.

The alleged rapists above were U.S. Citizens.

Umm...the subjects in this thread admitted to their own guilt and that of theirs partners.

I'd meant I'd never heard of this sort of thing happening before in New Hampshire, traditionally a place that's been pretty low in violent crime. The "crime" section of newspapers even for the two larger cities has usually been nothing worse than DUI, stops for a tail-light out or kids trespassing. Occasionally a brawl, but not with shootings, even, usually just old-fashioned fists.

This sort of absolutely vicious crime seems relatively new to the area.

I also note the disturbing trend of many, many Massachusetts residents moving here to live while working in Boston, etc...because it's cheaper, and they're bringing their "I'd rather be a victim and/or prey than fight back, guns are bad" culture with them.

That's bad for everyone. Criminals are emboldened when more of them are successful, and with less of the population likely to draw and shoot them in self-defense...they're likely to be more successful. :barf:

As for the cultural issue, it's a fine line. How can you express what does seem to be the case that, though it has nothing to do with "race", some cultures seem more prone to violent crime, and violent crime has gone up when enclaves of a culture spread in an area? It seems as if you even breathe anything about it, the big "RACIST" stamp comes down on your head. And that's not the case...

It's a cultural thing; you wouldn't understand. Just like drunk driving and adult males having sex with 13-14 y/o females.

I really need to move.

Hmm... I think the fact you have undocumented forigners running around in the open says something about the level of crime control (or that people are being more careless) causing a general increase in crime.

That their illegals is just icing on the cake, not the cause.

Its the same in the South. They like to sleep with animals, anally rape men, and hang people of color and family members interbreeding.

I really need to move.:neener:

I know according to my uncle who was a detective in a VA police dept (dont remember which), hispanics commit more sexual crimes than any other group.

This thread is going to get shut down faster than an AK cycles rounds.

But yeah... the rates of sex crimes vary shockingly between groups. The quoted article might be about an abhorrent act, but it sure wasn't abberant.

The chickens are coming home to roost with open borders. The days of cherry-picking Latin America's best and brightest are over. We've allowed in pioneer generations who were a cut above their countrymen, but they built the ethnic infrastructure that makes it easy for their average compatriot to immigrate. Is this a bad thing? Well, look at Mexico, El Salvador, Paraguay, etc and answer the question yourself...

Hey, I know. Let's stereotype gun owners and caricature antis to see how hypocrisy and bigotry feels.:what:

What can we hate next week?

I've found that anytime I'm about to find myself saying "I hate to stereotype, but..." or "I'm not a racist, but..." or "I don't have anything against most of them, but..." - then I'm about to say something really, really stupid.

Every race, color, creed and class has scumbags.
