YouTube girls review on a CZ75

I think the young woman does well in a video that
obviously, is no re-takes, or 'dress' rehearsal. I did
notice the revo muzzle broken rule even if the cyl.
was out, - they should have determined how to hold
the handguns and which hand, the revo should have
been in her other hand imho.

ANyway, here's a professional with the same weapon.

Oh, excellent camera angle - I like the way the
script on screen comes right outta her chesties.

She just does not seem very experienced with hand guns, but that certainly doesn't make her stupid. I wouldn't be surprised if she were a smarter than some of the guys that were calling her dumb.
Maybe so, but she's posting "instructional videos" on the internet, which IMHO makes reasonable commentary fair game.

She's obviously a new shooter, and that's great, I fully support that. But when the uninformed start instructing the uninformed I get pretty uncomfortable.

Not a bad video, she can learn a lot but thats ok. I would be willing to "Take one for the team" and take her out shooting with me next time.

She looks a lot better in the 2nd video. Maybe that's because she's holding a Glock... most things look prettier when they're next to a Glock :neener:

She's cute, and she does good at making guns be seen in a way the should be seen. Which is no big deal, but a lot of fun.

Chris has done more for the shooting sports, and making them cross culturally appealing, in four minutes ten seconds, than the NRA. I admire her. I want more Chris videos.

The image/impression she projects in the video is completely without intimidation, very friendly, and fun. What better way to present the sport of shooting.

Her video is obviously not targeting us. I think it is a great video for who it is targeting.

My favorite part is the 'it weighs about 2 lbs less than a dumbell...'

Good to see shooting videos on youtube that don't paint gun owners in a bad light though...

These footages were from a special-issue DVD that came with the Gun magazine published in Japan.

I hope that was not a human being holding the camera when she shot the water bottle??????? Tripod?

She is super cute, man. My favorite part was when she shot the gallon jug of water to see how powerful the CZ was, and then when it blew up she said that it was very powerful. That made me laugh.

I agree with the others' comments about an "ad" to Japanese businessmen. I could be wrong on this, but I understand that women would be a lot less intimidating when teaching English as well. She's simple, careful, yet conversational in describing things.

"So which one do you like better? Do you like the revolver or do you like the semi automatic? Or do you jus' like me? Just jokin!"

Heh. I'm fluent in English AND I shoot guns, but just her sayin' that makes me want to do both even more! Hahaha

I think my daughter would like it too, though, come to think of it...

I really can't argue with what jakeswensonmt said. I felt that people were being a little harsh in their criticism, but jake is probably right...

"...She's obviously a new shooter, and that's great, I fully support that. But when the uninformed start instructing the uninformed I get pretty uncomfortable..."

"the gun is a little bit more tighter"

...she speak gooder american than me.

and cute!

I wish we could have a discussion regarding female shooters without most comments simply being "cute" or "wonder if she has a boyfriend." Come on, we as a community are better than that. Yes, she's a cute girl - there are a lot of those on the 'net and around you in daily life. Why does it even bear mention?

Discuss the dialogue or the gun handling and shooting skills, instead of just objectifying the girl as eye candy. I don't mean to be dour, but we can't collectively moan about the low number of female shooters and then treat the few there are as hips-and-boobs as opposed to "just another guy."

I dislike self-righteous "I am a feminist!" posts just as much as the next guy, but honestly.

I agree. When I see threads that do this, I will close them. Every time.

This thread was simply about a video of a young lady shooting with a "Good for laughs" comment and a :neener: emocion. Making fun of other shooters is not a good start for a thread. It does not merit staying open.

We try to make The High Road a place where all shooters can feel accepted and not be judged on their looks, their gender, their age, their religion or nationality. Lets try to keep that in mind.
