I called to inquier. they said if I ordered in july delivery would be after the first of year: While I liked the concept their delivery stinks.

I can wait

this is not my first safe. The price and how heavy duty is it was what I'm after,

Thanks,Keith

If you want heavy duty, you should be looking at a real modular safe, and not a modular gun safe.

Zanotti uses a 10 gauge body and 3/16" door. Although it's on the heavier side as far as gun safes go, it's not that heavy duty at all.

When I ordered my RSC from Zanotti I think they said it would be a 5 month lead time. I recieved it a little over 4 months later. As long as you have the patience they're worth it. I've been quite happy with mine. I am thought starting to wish I'd pony'd up for the taller one with the drawers (I got the 5' ZA-II).

indiandave - Look at it this way. If they're that backed up it means they have a ton of orders. That must mean people like their product, for a reason.

That looks pretty darn good, I need a bigger safe, but moving a large safe sucks.
I think it would be great for those that live in an apartment.
Anyone know what the pricing for them is like?

But Frank......I wouldn't know where to begin looking for a real modular safe, Who makes such things, or a better question - who sells such things to the general public?

Worth the wait

Obviously the demand is high, I have two Zannoti safes and their breakdown design make them very popular! If you aren't putting your safe on a main floor and stairs are involved I would highly recommend them. A safe is a safe the breakdown design for some of us is worth the price!
