I would like to make a spinoff to the "miserable" thread for items you've bought that make your reloading hobby easier. I would especially like to see the smaller more inexpensive items that have proved indispensable to you.

Myself I can't say enough about my Lee ram prime. I have one setup for small and large primers and unless I'm loading a large batch I vastly prefer it to my rockchucker's tool or a hand priming tool.

It just seats them so well

under $20
Imperial size wax, rcbs military crimp removers,

These took opening up the wallet to solve, but got rid of the tedious tasks of loading for me.

Dillon media separator

Rcbs case prep center

Rcbs chargemaster,

Cts bench mounted trimmer

RCBS Hand Primer. I've got 2... large, and small.

Lee Case trimmers. Brilliantly simple.

RCBS Case Slick and the other spray on case lubes.

And where would I be without my RCBS JR3 and Rockchucker presses... (reloading) life would be pretty miserable without those;)

I too like the Frankford Arsenal Perfect Fit loading trays... Nice to know they're not rocking around when I move them from one place to another.

Other than that, the RCBS Primer Pocket Swager Combo 2. Prepping military brass is no longer a daunting task!

Best investment I ever made was the Harrell's powder measure. It is certainly more expensive than some others, but it has been worth every penny.

Redding carbide neck size button. Totally excellent for bottleneck rifle, wish it works with non-Redding sizing dies but nothing wrong with buying a new Redding die just so you can install the carbide button.

[Of course, you mean items other than Dillon presses.]

I haven't been miserable with reloading. ;)

If I had to choose the best upgrade that I have done, it would be the Lee Pro Auto-drum over the Lee Pro-disk.

Lyman "M" mouth expanding die. Does not bell or flare the mouth it expands the mouth about .002". I use it for rifle and pistol reloads.

RCBS collet bullet puller. Makes pulling bullets almost fun and beats the heck out of the kinetic puller.

RCBS lock out die. I won't reload pistol rounds without it.

I only reload with the Lee Loader for now, but the Lee hand primer has made all the difference in the world to me. I hated priming cases with the rod and hammer.

Inline Fabrication case ejector & reverse index rod for my Lee Classic Turret. Saw a 100% reloading speed boost after install and getting used to the set-up. Really. Previously took 45-50 minutes to load 100 rds. Now can load 200 in an hour if everything is set up and all components are ready. [emoji41]

The original (sadly discontinued) Lee hand prime, RCBS hand primer and now the RCBS APS hand primer with universal shellholder.

I'm also really beginning to love my Hornady LocknLoad AP progressive press as well. It was an early Christmas present to myself and I have been totally pleased so far.

Hornady collet bullet puller.

A Lee Classic cast for depriming and basic case prep.
