Good luck with that ruse.

My problem is I can't afford to save $150,000 by buying stuff. But, I keep chipping away at it.

One day off of work a couple of years back I shot just less than 300 rounds at the range in four or five different calibers, all reloaded cartridges that ran flawlessly. I was so excited that I came home and calculated exactly how much money I had 'saved' versus shooting factory 'store bought' ammo. Still overflowing with an excited sense of accomplishment, I reported those figures to my wife after she came home from work. She smiled and asked very sweetly, "Did you ever calculate how much money you would save by not going shooting at all?"

Of course, that was the LAST time any mention was ever made of 'savings' as it relates to my shooting hobby.

After ordering my 'bargain' 2,000 bullets, I checked and found 800-900 of the exact same ones were already on hand. I was thus forced to buy a sale priced Taurus 738TCP to help my Glock 42 and CZ83 use up those .380 ACP bullets! I blame a lot of this on THR ...

That's blaspheme I tell you!!!

Hehe... I love my wife dearly, but I don't think she will ever get it. But then again, I never understand her need to want to buy new clothes/shoes, etc.

As I recollect from my married days, every "hobby" purchase that I made wound up costing twice as much or more than the price tag.

I want to thank bds for the heads up. My 2K arrived this week, and they look great. I'll just put them on the shelf next to the 2K I already had. Should last me a good long time.

Would love to get more at that price, but, then I'd probably need another unloader.....
