Given the accuracy potential of the two platforms, I’d swap the scopes.

Huh?

He has a scope designed for 500-600 yard shots on the rifle intended for 25-150 yard shots and the scope best used at 25-150 yards on a rifle capable of 500-600 yard shots.
I'd think it would be a better fit if they were swapped too.
When you find out the Ruger is good for 4-6” groups @ 100yds, and the AR will likely shoot better than you’re able to shoot it, you’ll understand our logic.
I’ve owned 2 Ruger Mini’s. Don’t now. One in .223, other in 7.62x39. Neither would shoot under 4” at 100yds. Match grade ammo.
Own 3 AR’s, 4 uppers. All 4 shoot under 1” 5-shots at 100yds. One under 1/2”.
One day you’ll understand.
LMFAO 4 to 6inch groups? Wow, just absolutely wow. You are the perfect person to never take advice from. That is just poor shooting on your part. Mine are 2MOA all day. Maybe one day you will understand
Ruger Mini’s have held a well deserved reputation for inaccuracy. They earned it. I know the newer ones are more accurate but as a rule an AR-15 will outshoot a Mini. Your mocking attitude-such as accusing GooseGestapo of being a poor marksman isn’t going to sway people to your point of view.
