Hi all. I am a hobbyist who tests 9 MM ant 5.56 for fun. I hang out in the reloading forum
Hi!
This thread is a place for new THR members to introduce themselves.
Tell us a little about who you are and what kind of gun stuff you're interested in!
Hello from Derby City KY.Welcome jacquej
Lots of great people here.
NJ born but Fla since '75. Ride a '77 FXE. Bought it new. Crap I'm getting old. From Florida born and raised. Ride motorcycles daily and I’m a workaholic . I like to hunt small game but with little kids and nearly a grown one it’s a busy life don’t get to often.
Sadly, Scott, that's a rare quality. Most people get to some point and they think they don't have any more to learn. I'll quit learning when I quit breathing.Hi I'm scott and look forward to lurking and learning. I've been into weapons of all types for many years now. I'm a firearms instructor and RSO for the local sheriff's office and like I tell my students , I'll be a student for the rest of my life.
Welcome! There's so many aspects of our shooting avocation that there's so much to learn and do. Luckily shooting and collecting firearms isn't addictive at all.Howdy Folks! (I'm an Aggie)
Steve here, I wanted to pop in and introduce myself. I am an Expert Bullseye Pistol shooter currently chasing Distinguished Pistol, Rimfire, and Revolver badges. I love target pistols and shooting at paper (slow, I know). I reload primarily for this purpose and just recently started Brazosprecision.com to supply low cost and high quality cast bullets. I also own and operate a custom wood door business as my main vocation. I look forward to learning and contributing here as much as my free time allows.
Welcome, the collective knowledge base is large, I've learned a lot.Hello to all. I finally sighed on to learn from the collective knowledge and experience of the members.
New member in Iowa, lifelong gun nut. I'm 64 and retired, so more time to play.
Spent a lot of time cowboy shooting (the sport, not literally shooting cowboys lol), and a major fan of revolvers in general. I did break down and buy a couple of 9's (Beretta 92FS and CX4), and I will admit they pack a lot of firepower in a very small package. But I'd still reach for the Model 94 and Vaquero first!
