Well christmas is done with for another year now New Years next week.
Happy and a Prosperous New Years guys.
I will be heading down to Olympia to the Evergreen Sportsmans Club early New Years day for the WaGuns Forum annual New Years day shoot for the day with my grandson Mason. On the way down I will be stopping at a local forum members place to pick up five pounds od powder and a few thousand large rigle primers.
On the way home we will stop by the Lacy Cablas. That store is half again bigger tyen the local Cabelas store.
Last week my brother inlaw cashed in his chips and I was given all of his ammunition which he had a lot, mostly pistol ammo.
When I got it home I had a few beers and I kind of seperated it in to the different calibers.
There was a bunch of 40 caliber and 357 Sig ammo which I do not have guns for. I was going to dispose of it then decided to just buy two guns in them calibers to shoot up all of that ammo.
I save up all of my change through out the whole year to cash in at New Years and generally buy another handgun. I generally average around $425 a
year, so i jumped on a lightly used Glock 23 in 40 caliber. I was thinking of buying just 357 Sig barrel to put on the model 23 but decided to just buy another gun. I placed a bid on a 357 Sig on Gun Brooker, we'll see were it goes. I buy mostly used guns at a decent price, very seldom will I buy a new gun.
