This is mainly a fun way for me to get a few ideas of how to customize my next wheelgun. I'll be posting pics when I get mine bought and get some upgrades on it.

Here's a few SA's I've had over the years...

I knew you'd show off those beauties on here. I'd love to own a sturdy built stainless 45 Colt but they are either too expensive or impossible for my local shop to get from his distributors. Any suggestions?

Or perhaps I'll have to settle for a 454 Casull and only shoot 45 Colt loads in it. (Knowing myself that won't stay that way very long.)

I will never get tired of seeing that Merwin Hulbert. The skull cracker, the bright nickel, the scalloped cylinder... it’s just flat out gorgeous. It’s easily the most visually appealing revolver that exists in my book. I need one... but I’m not willing to pay the going rate until after I win the lottery, so I had better start playing.

@MaxP What’s the story on the muzzle shrouds on the top two? Bottom two don’t have it, and are pretty dang sweet. On the stainless gun, is it lighting making it look like it has barrel flats or is it milled? Seems almost like a lighting thing.
