I'm about to submit 3 Form 1's for suppressor's. I bought a fingerprint kit online since I can't get them done locally any time soon.
My question is do I need a witness or a notary to sign off on my fingerprint cards?

All of my current suppressor's were done long before the new laws went into effect, and are on a Trust which didn't require fingerprints.

No.
The only requirement for NFA applications is that you be "properly equipped"..........meaning you have the correct FBI fingerprint card and an ink pad.

Hopefully you aren't submitting paper Form 1's as eForms is MUCH faster.
Here is an excellent guide on F1's : https://www.ar15.com/forums/Armory/Visual-Guide-How-to-Fill-out-a-Form-1-using-EForms/17-493132/
And a guide on filling out the fingerprint card: https://www.ar15.com/forums/armory/...or_41F_submissions/17-465636/?page=1#i4612894

No,I'm doing E-File Form 1's,but you still have to mail in the fingerprint cards.
I have the correct cards and ink, just didn't know if they had to be witnessed or notarized since I'm doing them myself.
Another source told me that I didn't need them to be,so I'm good to go I think.
