Blend in to your surroundings Dress with in reason as what is considered the norm for your environment. Don't stick out. Be observant of others. .
I did. Not optimal, although good from a sitting position.Ever consider an ankle holster?
I'd rock my normal EDC but just use the suit jacket for cover. Done deal.
Around here they're called Thrift Stores.Go hit up one of the "suit places" when looking
There's a logic there, but, after you include tailoring (and you really should) you are about break even to finding a "suit place" for a similar jacket.Around here they're called Thrift Stores.
Go buy a couple of $3.99 sport coats/jackets and see how they do. If that's not the right path, you're not out a lot of money and just donate them back.
If you dont carry all the time, Id suggest you start trying to do so as much as you possibly can,...

Having properly fitted clothes is its own reward, for one.
And, proper fit will help a person look more relaxed.
And, decrease by one more thing, distractions, in case of need.
My 2¢
What about when youre home, and not at work? Or dont you have a life outside of work? That decision was already made for me. Possession of a firearm on the premises of my employer, even in my vehicle, is banned. The vast, vast majority of my time is spent either at work or on my way to and from work. So no point in that. Church is about the only place I can carry.

Ill leave the NPE thing up to you, but I carried in those environments my whole life.
Yeah, I did ask. I asked for input on C.C. at church. Not a lecture about my life outside work or how to end my career.Hey, you asked. Good luck figuring it out.
