The trail is the only one I find interesting, much less so without the quick change barrels. There was a dealer here offering VERY cheap CZ 600's, they sold out quickly. They had everything but the 600 Trail which was the only one I wanted.
I can't understand the cut price CZ's, what's going on ?
I found a NIB .223 600 Trail in BC for a good price, I should have it by Friday all being well.

I think all the Trails have quick change barrels, they just don't want people changing them out any more. I would bet it's a cya legal thing. The trail is the only one I find interesting, much less so without the quick change barrels.
I would have rather them just offered the 527 with a similar chassis.
They still list "quick caliber conversions" for every model but the Alpha, I think they just haven't updated their website.I think they all the Trails have quick change barrels, they just don't want people changing them out any more. I would bet it's a cya legal thing.
The caliber conversions went bye bye some time ago. I have a CZ 600 Alpha in .308, good rifle. Light, accurate, handy, not a match rifle, but more than enough to put meat on the table if I ever get out hunting. I do agree closing out the 550 and especially the 527 line was a mistake.
" not a match rifle " .......How much more accurate can you get ffs
CZ say they are producing the 600 trail in 300 Blackout for sale in the US soon, so it does not look like it.I'm also curious if they are throwing in the towel on the 600. I have been waiting for them to make a 6mm ARC, but the new 223 precision AAC ammo from Palmetto State Armory has really renewed my interest in a small 223 bolt action
.
I wonder what they have as a store front, think Im like 2 hours from them. Next time I do my Cabelas, sarco, dixons. Maybe I'll see if I can add eurooptics to the list.I thought about getting one myself. Let us know how you like it. I have ordered a lot from Eurooptic. They ship fast and shipping is reasonable. Plus, pricing is good.
I'm also curious if they are throwing in the towel on the 600 or maybe just making a design revision to bring back the caliber conversion. I never heard why they stopped doing that.
