So backstory time, I have a Springfield mil-spec and tris to get a threaded barrel for it a while back and found a 1911 45 Auto threaded barrel for CHEAP on GunBroker and it said for Para Ramp and I didn't think anything about it and it DID NOT fit my Springfield mil-spec () so I then got a Nighthawk threaded barrel and it fits (and shoots) great. So I traded a 45 Colt Pietta SAA and a bunch of 45 Colt ammo and dies for this Para GI Expert plus 250 cash on top of it. So the only sole reason I did the deal was cause I remembered I had a Para Ordnance threaded barrel and so I was like oh yeah I can make a little bit of moolah on this by putting that barrel in it for suppressed use by a customer..... Well it's got a GI spec lower and barrel after all. Yeah I know what y'all are thinking, Okie, you silly goose, it said GI on the box, of course it's going to be GI spec parts!! Yeah I should have taken it apart but I didn't have my wrench with me and I wasn't going to take someones gun apart unless this was like a super rare one of like 50 type of thing to verify serial numbers and stuff.
So to make a very very long story short, can someone clarify what exactly Para Ordnance models used the ramped barrels/lowers?? I was under the impression that ALL Paras did but apparently not.
