Does anyone have feedback on the zastava M85? I am interested in the 7.62x39. Looks like a neat carbine.
I think the extractor is from a SAKO Vixen, I got a spare so I should be ok.bummer. I was hoping to keep them in mind as a source of parts. I like the gun, but I learned my lesson with it. No more buying closeout guns, guns with poor customer support/no english support, guns from foreign countries that do not have a historically reliable importer, or guns that fit all 3 categories. DOH!
4sixteen, what sako extractor fits? the mini looks a lot like a vixen.
Thanks for the info on the current US distributor for the Zastava Arms. Been thinking about getting one but couldn't find out who was currently handling them. I would like one to have it customized to be a 2 barrels set, one in the 7.62x39mm and the other in the .264 LCB that way I'll have a short/long range combo that would be really hard to beat.Century is importing them now.

98 shrouds can be adapted to the mini mauser & gentry sells a 3pos safety for them.Do any of you know whether or not the bolt shroud is the same as a normal Mauser 98 so that it can be replace with a 3 position safety?
