How many holes are in the cylinder? If its 9 it's likely a H&R or High Standard, if it has slits/grooves from the charge holes out to the edge of the cylinder it's a High Standard, they were machined that way to allow dry firing without damaging the cylinder face.

there are 6 chambers and no slits or grooves. i thought it might be a hi standard . i have been looking for a hr 649 22 mag cylinder for awhile and thats what it looks like to me. but the one in question is just too big all around but to me it looks like it could be fitted . are the the another number models that could be close but diffrent . the holes match up the stop notches match up . the pivot bareing and ratchet are over sized. but the groves on the ratchet do line up.
