Help me find some specific load data.

So with the current situation, I am running nearly out of powder and bullets. What I do have is about one pound of AR Comp and about a pound of Reloder 10x, and about 200-60 gr. Nosler bullets in .224. The problem is I can find next to no data on this load. I know AR Comp is a relatively new powder, so very little data. I have found some data for the AR Comp for .308, which I've read this powder likes heavier bullets. But not much for .223, can anyone help me with some loads with these powders and bullet weights? My gun in a Remington R15, 18" barrel 1-9 twist. Thanks
