Nosler custom comp bullet data

Hey there,

I am having a hard time finding load data for Nosler custom comp bullets, using AA2230 powder. Does anyone know a place to get this, can I treat type and weight bullets the same from Sierra to Nosler (ex. 69gr BTHP). I want to try the slightly cheaper bullets from Nosler but am unable to find AA load data for these, even at manufacturers websites/manuals.

I've found they perform virtually identically to the Sierra counterpart. Use the same data; get the same results.

Ditto same data as Seirra. Just work em up. The bearing surface is a little shorter on the Noslers.

I'd be curious as to the performance of these bullets, in pretty much any caliber. I've read some very good things about the Nosler J-4s on the Midway site, but you never know if the commentator is a Nosler employee, or a friend or relative of one - or the real deal, someone who was extremely satisfied.

I'm looking at the 250 round deal for roughly $43 for the J-4s in .308. It has good reviews, and is dirt cheap at about $0.17 for match bullets...the only question being, "How good are they, really?"

About 20 years ago I found Nosler inferior to Sierra. When I tried Nosler match bullets again about a year ago, I found them to be every bit as accurate as the Sierras and actually a bit more so for me. Nosler match bullets from the Pro Shop are now what I routinely buy.
