Very nice! I love this thread!........although I think there may be something completely wrong with me spending so much time looking at other peoples reloading setups?....you'd think they were girly pics or something..lol

E.Ring - That’s a nice small setup. I saw this one online and it may interest you since it just folds away. The other picture is a picture of mine. I only reload four (4) calibers (270 Winchester, 30-06 Springfield, 44 Remington Magnum and 38Spl./357 Mag.), so I don’t need much but have really enjoyed some of the posts of other guys benches. Some are extremely nice. I love to reload to pass time since retiring in ’08.

So I moved into my new reloading area this week. . .
Here's the post of my "old reloading bench":

I've moved into my new reloading work station this week. I put the final coat of Helmsman Poly on the top Sunday evening, starting moving things in on Tuesday and mounted the press and the powder measure this evening.
I settled on a height of 42". I am 5' 9". I wanted to go 36" but changed my mind at the last minute and am glad I did. I stand for all my reloading work, the extra height makes a huge difference. I don't bend at all now to work the press and everything is at a much more reasonable height. My temp bench was at 32" so this is a huge change.
I have sliding cabinets all around. Partially as a cop out so I didn't have to build frames and doors, but also because doors make no sense on the reloading side with the gear in the way. I have to have doors/drawers as my basement is also my woodworking shop and the sheer amount of dust is just incredible.
I love the top cabinet here, I have adjustable shelves so I can put books and larger things on the left.
And smaller things on the right (though heavier).
I planned for the tumbler to go in to the bench corner, it is an often wasted space. I have it on a 16" concrete patio block which is on a piece of carpet remnant. My tumber timer switch simply rocks. I picked that idea up in this thread somewhere. Its a 12 hour timer I picked up at Lowe's. I can "set it and forget it".
The inlaid track was also a must. I messed up the groove a bit and still need to fill in the "oops" with some 2 part epoxy. It is a workbench, so I'm not all that worried. I intend to do the gun cleaning on this side (it is 8' on the left and 6' on the right).
My first track jig. I mounted my Lyman case trimmer to a piece of scrap 1/2" ply this evening. This thing is not going to move at all when locked down.
I made sure the lower two drawers were built deep enough to hold my Hornady dies in their cases. This is another tip I picked up on this thread. I expect this die collection to grow over the years (it will get 50% larger next month when my 7.65 Argentine Dies arrive).
It will be a work in progress for a little while, but I at least have everything in working order. I am so glad I got the gun cabinet down here as well, now everything is nearby.

You aren't worried about getting gunk in the inlaid tracks are you? (spilled powder, spent primers, case shavings from trimming, etc..)
Neat idea, though, let me know how it works out. I'm constantly bumping elbows on my crap on my bench, would be nice to be able to quickly remove or slide it out of the way to clean rifles / etc.

Not really, the left side of the bench (with the track) is for cleaning, not reloading (though I guess trimming kind of just broke that theory...).
If it gets cruddy, I can remove the track to clean it as it is screwed in (with about 12 screws per track). Time will tell.
I do intend to get a mat to put down over the track for the times that I won't need it. That should help a little.
I guess a shop vac would take care of 99% of the stuff that'll get in there from the reloading process.
Neat idea, I'll have to seriously consider this for my bench rebuild. I'm constantly unscrewing/screwing the power trimmer I have to make room for other stuff.

I mounted the t-track front to back with the end open on the front. It makes it easy to brush out with an old paint brush. I posted some photos in July of 2011. The post is at http://www.thehighroad.org/showpost.php?p=7420946&postcount=2118
