    Help with powder check dies

Have not seen anything on the DAA being too close to the other dies, something I’ll need to check on. Kinda like the idea of it being audio as all my stations are loaded. 1 is Lyman 223 m die 2 prime and powder drop 3 is for powder check 4 in-line bullet feed 5 bullet seat 6 FCD Was thinking...

    Help with powder check dies

Need to add check die on two Lee 6000’s. One set for pistol the other for rifle. Should I go with powder cop, lock out or DAA magnetic? What are you using and why? Only experience I have is with a powder cop on my LM set for 9 only

Beta testing Lee Precision stepped "M" style powder through expander

New style “M” powder through expanders are in production now. Not all calibers are in stock at this point. I picked up 380acp, 9mm, 357 Sig and 45acp. Was told that they are adding new calibers as future production runs are required. When ordering you may get the old style as part numbers...

Anyone try one yet ? Lee combined the ACP and APP into one unit, if it works as stated no more hand priming.

New Lee inline bullet feeder/rotary magazine for SPP/Pro 6000 - Beta testing

Broke out the calipers and tubes are .435 should be .445 no wonder they just fell out. Lee is sending out new ones, great customer service.

New Lee inline bullet feeder/rotary magazine for SPP/Pro 6000 - Beta testing

I’m using the clear ones, what are you using ? I’ll check the yellow ones later, but I think they’re smaller. Looks like a call to Lee is in order. Thanks

New Lee inline bullet feeder/rotary magazine for SPP/Pro 6000 - Beta testing

In my medium magazine the tubes slide in and out with no effort, really have to be careful handling them. The tubes in my large magazine are really tight so much so I don’t think they’ll ever come out. How are yours fitting ? Maybe I should call Lee or is this normal ?

Lee Pro 6000 unboxing and testing for OAL consistency

Am I being a worry wart or is something wrong? Set up the pro 6000 to run some 40’s, mixed head stamp, x-treme plated bullets. COAL was .005 spread, not bad but started looking around. Found shell plate was flexing about .015 at station 4 and 5. Other stations are tight, is this normal ?

New Lee inline bullet feeder/rotary magazine for SPP/Pro 6000 - Beta testing

Ordered 3 kits, should be here on Monday. Waiting on the new "M" style case expanders to be released, any news LiveLife ?

    reloading 357 sig ??

I use X-Treme .355 124gr FP over a load of Longshot, pushes them 1370 fps. Don’t think a plated bullet will take a hole lot more speed than that.

Lee ACP killer ... New Deluxe ACP

Just picked up APP last month, bad timing on my part. Wondering if all of us with the older press can buy the plastic parts to convert it to the new style.

Lee Six Pack Pro primer seating issue (Resolved, user caused)

I think your not getting a full stroke, make sure the linkage or handle is not hitting anything. Maybe take the press off and cycle it and see what happens.

    Lee 6000 press

Just installed the new primer trough with the larger pin, big difference. On the up stroke of the ram, pin almost gets stuck in the grooves and it takes a little more pressure to dislodge it. Shaking it on the verge of violently, bends the whole trough and makes a loud popping noise when it lets...

New Lee inline bullet feeder/rotary magazine for SPP/Pro 6000 - Beta testing

According to Lee’s knowledge base the inline bullet feed won’t be available until March 2023. Was hoping to pick up a couple of them first week of January.

Lee Pro 6000 unboxing and testing for OAL consistency

The “pinging” noise I believe is simple harmonic’s. Locator pin is not perfectly centered in carrier slot, off by a few thousands. When on the up stroke as the pin clears the carrier is when it happens. Think I’ll try a few more taps and hopefully it will hit the sweet spot.
