It was definitely a deciding factor in selling my P-01. With sweaty hands I found it difficult to secure a sure grip. And with what there is to grip, I found too many sharp edges for my liking.
It really is a personal choice though.
I don't think a Kahr CM9 or a CW9 is out of your budget. Bud's has great prices on them. I really like me CW9, as it will soon be converted to a "covert" model. And I'd much rather have a Kahr over a Ruger or Keltek any day, but that's just my 2¢.
Well I just called Nosler...and wasn't much help. He suggested I use Hodgdon's info, which isn't going to do me any good. He basically told me, not in his words, to pick the closest one and drop a grain.
I guess it's time for the next step of learning how to handload without the proper data. I...
Ok, Varget isn't doing as bad as I remembered. I dug out some old targets and measured a few groups at +/- 1 moa. Seems between 23-24 grains works best. I just haven't used the H322 yet and wanted to give it a try. I guess I'll just save it for another load. And Hodgdon doesn't have a load for...
Thanks for the replies but those are for Sierra and Speer bullets. I'm looking for load data for the Nosler bt. I'm not experience enough to substitute different bullets/data. If the was the case I'd think that a Vmax would be the closest?
I'm looking for some help with load info for Nosler 55gr bt and H322. I've tried AA2230, 748, and Varget, all with less than spectacular results. I'd like to try the H322 that I have but can't find any info on it. This is for a Colt 1/9 twist barrel if that helps.
Looking for some advice on a leather gun belt. A quick google search brought in head spinning results. It's going to be my fathers birthday next month, and being a WI resident, he will now be allowed to CC. If it helps, his carry piece of choice will be OWB with a Kahr K9. Thanks in advance for...
I would think that a 1-4x with an illuminated reticle is the way to go. Depending on your price range there are many choices available. I have a Meopta K Dot and really like it. Very bright and clear, and it's a true 1x power.
I have been thinking of a new woods knife, something along the lines of a ESEE 3. Then I remembered the knife I found and tossed in my toolbox a few years ago, a Gerber A425. I think it's about 35 years old, made of M2 with a forged aluminum handle.
Does anyone have any insight on this...
I keep reading "if it's not broken", well maybe for large handed people it's not. I held out on a GLOCK for many years and was ready to pick up a gen3 19, they just work. Despite that it felt like crap. That's until a gen4 was placed in my hand, I was instantly converted. Then I shot it, very...
