    Need help with new shotgun....

Check out www.shotgunworld.com and look at the classifieds. I've seen a lot of good deals on all kinds of O/U shotguns. You can also find a lot of good advice on anything shotgun-related.

What is the last gun that you bought?

Got me a sweet deal Glock 34 worked on by Robar with a nice NP3 finish and grip stippling.

What flavor should my Baby be?

If you get the G33, you can use your G22 mags on it, too. You can also buy a .40 barrel for it. Of course, you can get the G27 and then get the .357 barrel for it.

    357 sig in a 40

If you can handle the 40, you can handle the 357 Sig. The 357 Sig feels snappier but it has less muzzle flip than the 40. I have a Sig 229 and I have a LOT more fun shooting 357 Sig out of it.

Considering Selling my XD, Need Pricing Help

For a gun that old with reasonable wear and the mags you mentioned, I think Lonestar's estimate of $300 is pretty reasonable. I sold my new-ish XD9 last year FTF with 2 15-rd mags for $350.00 but I was kind of in a hurry to sell it. If you do an FTF deal, you can get more money if you figure...

    KIMBER CUSTOM II 45 ACP

I have one and love it. Very accurate and reliable. I'll have to agree about the finish. It seems to be quick to show wear. I got mine used so don't know the round count but my slide stop broke after I put about 2000 rounds through it. Not a good sign but it was an easy fix. Got a good...

    Meprolight or Trujicon?

Meps for me I prefer Meps because they have slightly bigger beads than the Trijicons - more reassuring to me in the dark. They seem to be a little bit brighter, too.

    Trigger Glock VS XD

I've owned a G17, 19, 20, 30, 31 and a 35. I've also owned an XD9 and an XD40. I much prefer the Glock trigger. I like the shorter travel and the shorter reset. The XDs are good guns but they just didn't do it for me. A lot of this is based on subjective feel, of course. Somehow, the XD didn't...

    Remington 870 trigger plate pins

Thanks, Bearman. I disassembled the sidesaddle and there were no clips in it. The pins are two-piece screw-on dealies.

    Remington 870 trigger plate pins

Hi all, My girlfriend recently bought a Wingmaster that came with a sidesaddle. She doesn't like it because it hits her arm when cycling the action. I can easily remove the sidesaddle by unscrewing the pins but will need to replace the trigger plate pins with the factory parts. So I...

opinions on "promag" brand magazines wanted.

I have Pro-mags for my Sig P229 and they suck too. I filed a bit of metal off of the mag catch slot and they seem to work better, but they're only for range action.

    Are Kimbers really that bad?

happy with mine I have an internal extractor Custom II that I am very happy with. One of my most accurate shooters. I had an issue with it where the slide stop claw broke and wouldn't lock back the slide, although the pistol still shot fine. I easily replaced it with an aftermarket part and all...

    SIG Help Please

226 grip The grip is perfect for my medium-sized hands. I'm one of the lucky ones who is able to fit most any pistol grip in my hand. I can get an ideal grip without my fingers jamming into any of the control levers. Of course, YMMV. Th Glock grip is bigger but is not a problem to handle. I...
