On my 7.62X39 the bolt does not lock into position when closed and the chamber has a cartridge in it. The other day I was carrying it over my shoulder with the sling and the bolt was open and the cartridge was gone. Is this supposed to happen? Thanks

I bought a Bulgarian Makarov for $62.50 back in the mid-90's. It's still a reliable CCW today.

I found a sheet of 1/4" aluminum and cut it to fit the top of my bench. It works for me.

We just got back from New York. We visited the 911 Memorial, Cooperstown and then spent a couple of days in Niagara Falls. We went unarmed because we didn't want to deal with their BS. My wife seemed more worried than I did. After we got home she said " I don't want to do that again". Crazy...

I like the .40 caliber. When I travel I have a S&W M&P 40 FS with a 15rd mag full of 180gr FMJ in my travel bag. I shoot it well with accuracy and never fails to fire. Just sayin

I still rely on my old 12ga. Winchester Defender. It's very dependable and easy to carry.

I'm over 70 and still buying, reloading and shooting. I could also be adopted. let me know.
