    I would find the cheapest gun possible if you are going to leave it in a vehicle.

    Choose the gun that you shoot best, then figure out how to carry it. I am fairly skinny and I carry a 1911 concealed everyday easily.

    If I was homeless I would be living in the woods, therefore I would choose a rifle. Being homeless in the city is not an option for me. In order of importance to me 1. Water 2. Food 3. SHELTER As much as I love firearms if I was homeless I would have much bigger fish to fry.

    Promised cash is not real cash. First person to the counter with the ammo and cash to pay for it wins. Sometimes it sucks but that's the way it is and should be.

    When you die, where are your guns going?

    I plan on passing them down to my two sons. The only thing I'm worried about are my sons doing something stupid and not being able to transfer my class 3 stuff. My oldest is 4 so I am working hard to make my children resposible adults who respect firearms.

    .22 rifle/pistol NFA build

    I would go the Charger route. Plenty of 10/22 parts around and you can make them very quiet. I am already starting a Charger project so I may be biased.

    Crimson Trace Lasers

    I like mine just fine. I will say though try it out on the gun before you buy. My buddy put one on his Glock and it changed the grip considerably, also when I keep my finger running down the frame it blocks the laser. The laser glares off my finger and illuminates the pistol.

    You are correct it is for a .22 can and a 9mm can. I'm not rich but $700 isn't worth court costs.

    I played with the same ideas then I looked at what it takes to get a shorter barrel and just bought a M4 super 90. Benelli makes it hard to get different length barrels and I have found no other sources for parts like stocks and handguards/light mounts.

    I believe I have been burned by a class 3 dealer on a purchase. It has been one year since we started my transaction and he comes up with a new story every week as to why it is not complete yet.     Buying ammo for firearms you don't own.

    If I can get a good buy I will. I buy ammo like some people buy canned food. When I first started shooting I bought an old wooden box at a garage sale that had all kinds rounds in it, stuff I've never heard of. It was a educational experience.
