My eyes are pretty bad, so I got a pair of Nikon sport at Academy. They are pretty good. The eye cuffs twist up and down. They work really well with my glasses on. They are medium sized and, I think 8 x 32. Anyway I use em alot bird watching and hunting. Hope it Helps Pdog
