    Thoughts?

I have a friend that will sell his Citori 525 Sporting Clays NIB with the case and all of the goodies for $2K. You guys have a better idea of prices, so what are your thoughts on the price. I think it is a good price. I have fired the shotgun and it fits me nice and it has what I was looking...

    Looking for an Over/Under

Briley is only 30 minutes away from me. They have a wonderful show room of some very old side by side.

    Looking for an Over/Under

Food for Thought. Ok, there is two points. So with the inertia trigger, if I get a Briley tube or a second barrel for a 20 gage or a .410 I run into the possibility of not picking up the second shot. However, with a mechanical trigger a bump shot is possible. Hmmmm. Now with this lower...

    Looking for an Over/Under

Ok guys, my knowledge of the over/under shotguns are quite limited. I like Skeet and when a chance pops up, I go out for some Sporting Clays. Currently, I use a nice Browning semi-auto Gold Sport that is well used. I like Browning products so I am staying with Browning. A friend of mine has...

    45-70

I have a 45-70 that has a hammer that stays up a bit high and creates some interference when moving the bolt back. This causes the lever movement to be difficult and not smooth. Do I need to order a new hammer or just grind down the top of the hammer down a bit?

    P238 (Colt Mustang)

Well never tell a Mechanical Engineer that he can't fix something. I found a YouTube instruction and got it apart and back together. Everything is working properly so everything is well in the world.

    P238 (Colt Mustang)

Ok, that little lever that you have to push down to install the slide finally caught me. I slipped and over extended it to a point that it will not return up right. How in the heck do you get it back to the up right position?

Ran across a Belgium Browning Hi Power....

I got my dad's Hi-Power that was made back in 73. It has the crown stamped on it. However, he had it Armoloy to protected from the humidity when he was out on patrol.

    Smith and Wesson M&P

I have the original 9mm version and it has done goos for me. I am always tweaking on it for competition, I just put in an APEX trigger. The first day out on the range after the APEX trigger I got around a 5" group at 25 yards. The two head instructors got to try out the beta versions and have...

Just had an attempted break in...

We kind of joke about it at the range but we would yell, Squirrel, at an attacker if we were surprised.

Just had an attempted break in...

I know the feeling. The mowers found an parole ID card next to my side window. I think he was trying to pop the screen and could not. He then got spooked and dropped the ID card. Maybe my big Mal poked her head into the room, who knows. I have plastic spacers that locks the screen in place...

    What does your WIFE carry?

My wife carried a Kimber Ultra .45 for a while but went to lighter P238. However, she has taken a liking to the M&P Shield. She is also a Black Belt.

    Arguments against banning hi-cap mags

I need a magazine that holds enough ammo to stop the bad person from doing the bad thing that forced me to pull my firearm in the first place, with some to spare. How many would that be, who knows. People that wish to ban magazines or firearms don't know squat about self defense.

    Body armor is overrated

I am waiting to see the report on what type of body armor the person had. However, if he was shot at there is a possibility that the shooter would have paused while he had to replan what he was doing. That is if he did have the plated body armor. This pause might have given a person a chance...

    Aurora, CO Massacre

I think PeBO will implement the Clinton Ban through executive order.
