Where are reloading components available (Not a Discussion Thread)

I just ordered some Trail Boss from Recob's and it was a two week turn-around from order to delivery. Very impressed with their service and excellent communication.

Where are reloading components available (Not a Discussion Thread)

Thanks for the info on Recob's...I placed an order for some Trail Boss that I couldn't find anywhere else. Just added their website on my list of suppliers. Your help is appreciated.

    IMR 4895 or Hodgdon 4895?

Matt, yes you are correct. But the OP was discussing 4895 so my responses addressed that issue only. My comments are observations only and were not meant to be critical of anyone's opinion. Wayne

    IMR 4895 or Hodgdon 4895?

It may in fact be a burn rate chart...but every single burn rate chart I have seen is labeled as such. This chart doesn't even use the word Burn Rate anywhere. It is my understanding that ADI makes/made H4895 and IMR4895 so I thought they would sort of know if they were the same or not...

    IMR 4895 or Hodgdon 4895?

The ADI chart says exactly that. The Chart description reads: "ADI Powder Equivalents." Like all powder manufacturers there is always a qualifier listed---which is why I provided a link so readers could read the entire listing to form their own opinions.

    IMR 4895 or Hodgdon 4895?

According to ADI Powders they are the same: http://www.adi-powders.com.au/handloaders-guide/equivalents.asp

Had to wait for a handgun that I purchased, odd feeling

In Montana with a Concealed Carry Permit, I walk in, purchase handgun, fill out paperwork and walk out. No fuss at all, should be like that everywhere.

What is the last gun that you bought?

I sold two and purchased two this month. New purchases: Mosin Nagant M38 and a Bersa Thunder 380.

Bersa Thunder Series Pro's and Con's

I have a .40 XDM but very seldom carry it because it is just too darn heavy for me. I found myself leaving it at home so often that I just recently purchased a Bersa Thunder 380. It is a well built handgun, easy to use and a good decent shooter at an affordable price. And I carry it all the...

    Larry Potterfield and MidwayUSA

Midway is a class act, they are my first go-to place for my handloading supplies and equipment. Probably the most efficient and easy to use on-line store I've ever seen and coupled with their excellent customer service/communication makes them number one in my book.

    Dear Senator Feinstein,

Here is why we have firearms in our home, why my wife and I have conceal carry licenses, why gun free zones aid and abet the criminals and why you should be focusing on crime control, mental health issues and not gun control...

    "selling" reloads

Thanks Float Pilot. That is one classic definition of the legal profession. I've cut and pasted it for future reference...... with your permission. Keep your wings level, nose straight and the shiny side up.

    Defensive Ammunition 101

Learned a lot from this thread. Interesting thread that has me re-thinking about what to use in my 12 ga for home defense. My first round was (is) non-lethal followed by four OO buck. I'm now gonna put the non-lethal round in my gun cabinet and for now load 5 rounds of OO. The Winchester...
