CD HiPower Kokapelli- Have a BHP,FNH and a CD. No complaints on the two FN manufactured pistols. Then CD shoots well and the internal finish is superior to the original imported FEGs. Was unable to get use to the XS sights on a hand gun and shipped it off to Novaks for 3 dots. Lost the mag...

Cd HiPower Denster,......... they are keepers (qualified), excellent reliability, finishing (twice as clean as my FEG PJK on the inside), Groups great, but (qualifier) the XS sights are a matter of personal like and probably habit. I can't get use to them. Shipping it off next...

CZ changes Minimal, heavier recoil spring only. Clean extractor slot between 700 and 1000 rnds, it gets jammed with junk and crud, CLP does not get it out! Need to use solvent and Q-tip, pick and pipe cleaner.:)

:cuss: Help me please, had to install new roll pin on ejector on my BHP. Can just get it started and using a roll pin punch can only get it in a short way and then it expands and jambs. Would a 'roll pin holder punch' be the answer, or some magical smithing solution. Any and all suggestions...

James, if you are using combat sights rather than adjustable, I wouldn't worry about it, the stock barrel is good enough as long as the lock up is tight. Good luck with the gun, I have two SA's and they are excellent 1911's.

Uncle Mikes is no longer offering the Spegel rubberized grips for BHP or CZ 75s , Brownell's and Midway no longer offer them. Does any one know of a source. Have new range toys and need them badly. Thanks!

First purchase 2005 I have been having trouble with my arthritic hip, so to take my mind off the pain in my hip I just picked up a FEG F9M-pjk and it is a miracle, the bite in the web of my thumb is more severe than the hip. But it shoots great.
