    Utah DOES require.

    I can go pretty much any time I like, I just don't like the cost of ammo and I am not reloading yet, but plan on it soon.

    Yes I meant at the range, not mexican hat dance old west style .... just to clarify..... Our family likes to go to the range every year for new years eve.
