new ruger 375 is supposed to be on par with the 375H&H but in a long action instead of a magnum length action and use a non belted case course belted cases never bothered me anyways

I would go with the Springer i have the same one and it was edc till i bought a colt combat commander .. Had a smith 1911 when they came out and after 800 rounds it had pretty much tore its self aprt.. might have been teething pains but made em swear off smith 1911's

It could very well be ya had some thin primers i don't use rem primers myself i use wither cci or winchester

You said the hole is just big enough to make the crater back how big is the crater.. pic per chance? The load isn't a stout one so i don't thing it would be over pressure

the newer version of unique only 2 years old or so is no where near as dirty as it sued to be ive switched back to it after about 6 years away from it

When i carry it since it is a 2" snub i carry 125 federal nyclads that you cant seem to find anywhere anymore
