I have a number of CCW pieces, so my full size PX4 9mm is more of a fun range gun. I like the idea of the Burris Fastfire red dot sight on this gun, purely for fun.
Anyone have any thougths or experience with this red dot or this red dot/gun combo?

Is the CT grip more comfortable for shooting than the boot grip?

I'd rather have the newer rail. I paid around $660 new (a few years ago) for my P220ST through my local FFL. See what kind of a deal you can get for a new one, then figure out the cost of the old one with an adapter. Sorry, can't help with where to get the adapter. Try the Sig forum.
Check out Hogue rubber grips if you want a great grip on the cheap. Mine had the Pach's on it when I bought it and I hated them. A thumbrest on both sides, what's up with that? Very uncomfortable.

How can you fire a 4506 without the mag in it? I know you can stage the trigger, remove the mag and it will still fire, but is there another way?
