I have just arrived in New Hampshire to work at Ruger this week. I got a nice tour of the place and saw some interesting things today. Manufacturing processes are interesting to me, and when it's firearms, doubly so. I get the next 3 days with them, then it's on to somewhere else.

No real question or discussion here I guess, I'm just excited about it.

Congratulations on the new job and getting to live in the great state of New Hampshire.
Ruger makes fine products. I have several revolvers and rifles and have never been disappointed.

Thanks, Red Wing, but I should have made it clear I here for this week only. As a contractor. Still, I could see myself staying. I like it here and made sure they know I'm a fan of their products.

Tell 'em thanks!

As you're walking the lines, or sitting in the break room having lunch, make sure to tell those who work down in the trenches that we appreciate their work, and their customer service.

I know, they have a customer feedback email, but that doesn't always get down onto the work surfaces where the action REALLY happens. Just let the common Joe know that we appreciate what they're doing.

I had a Ruger SR40-C break a slide stop assembly last year, called them up, sent it in, I had it back in 3 days, test fired and running 100%.

Their customer service is awesome.

Things are going great here. I passed along C5's message and they all enjoyed hearing that their work is appreciated.

I got a good look at the SR-762 today. I might have to try one out.

Please ask them to bring back the Ruger Old Army, seriously they might listen. We need them back!
