I use Hornady aerosol case lube (can't think of the name right now) and I'm thinking of adding a case feeder to my LnL AP. My question for you guys that know is with this lube cause a problem with the cases traveling down the tube? I apply the case lube per the instructions

I use the home made lanolin lube and it only started being a slight issue after 1000's of rounds. Just push a rag through the tube and your good for a gazillion more.

The Hornady One Shot Case Lube drys much cleaner than the lanolin/alcohol mixture and I've not experienced clogging, in the LNL Case Feeder, with either over thousands of rounds.

The important thing with either case lube is to allow either to dry before handling the cases. I've usually let my cases sit for 10-30 mins before pouring them into the collator

One shot is no problem, doesn't make a mess of the press. The Lanolin homemade lube on the other hand makes s huge mess and gets sticky over time.

I used it for years and just recently switched to an aerosol canola oil spray and it works great, no mess and very little required. It's also very cheap and easy to apply and cleans up easy off the cases.

I use both One Shot for pistol and lanolin for rifle. I just clean the drop tube with hot soapy water with a shotgun jag because it will get funky every few thousand rounds. The inside of the hopper and feed plates I clean with Simple Green, spray and wipe down, good enough.

Just got an email from Jet that mine isn't expected to be here until Tuesday...so I guess I'll have to suffer without over the weekend :banghead:

I put Hornady one shot on every case that goes through my Hornady case feeder on my LNL AP. I've noticed no dis-coloring or any problems at all. My press and feeder have over 24,000 cases through it.

It's also a good idea to clean the brass hopper of cleaning media before dumping lubed cases in. I did not do this the first time and pieces of corn cob media showed up on the necks a few times.
